Esnad Africa is proud to announce a significant milestone in its commitment to sustainable development with the launch of a new 50MW solar photovoltaic (PV) project in East Africa. This utility-scale solar farm is part of our broader strategy to diversify Africa’s energy mix and reduce reliance on fossil fuels. Once operational, the plant is expected to power over 100,000 homes and offset thousands of tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. “This project is a testament to our belief in Africa’s renewable potential,” said the CEO of Esnad Africa. “By investing in clean energy infrastructure, we are not only providing a reliable power source but also creating local jobs and driving economic growth in the region.” Construction has already commenced, with commercial operations targeted for late next year.
